The house

There are floor to ceiling windows giving way to natural light and directly access to own – 35 m2 – private terrace with sofa lounge, dining table for 8, electrical awning, new BBQ and gate to the urbanization and pools.

3 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all with a lot of closets, one with ensuite bathroom and the 2 others share one bathroom. Two bedrooms have 2 single beds and the master have king-size bed.
2. floor:
Huge private roof terrace – 65 m2 – with a covered area with sofa lounge, fridge and TV 55″, storage rooms, outdoor shower and area with sunbeds with great open view to the mountains.
Here you will also find the washing machine and dryer.
Everything is close by
The Townhouse is located in the urbanization Guadavillas next to the beach, in Marbella, San Pedro. It has 24 hour security and is gated all the way around, making it perfect for a holiday with kids. Enjoy the two huge pools surrounded by a lot of green and flowers, giving the vibe of an old Spanish village.
The beach is just a few hundred meters away, and the beach promenade in San Pedro can be reached within a few minutes.

The beach & Promenade
If you get tired of the pool, then you are in luck. Just a few hundred meters away from the Townhouse, you can splash in the water and play beach volley, beach football etc.
Walk along the promenade to Puerto Banus and if you want a longer walk, continue along the beach promenade to Marbella old town.
Beach Restaurants
The beach promenade in San Pedro is full of cosy and fancy restaurants and is the perfect spot for a coffee, wine or pancake in the sun.
Enjoy a day or evening at the famous beach club and restaurant El Ancla or at Macao beach club and restaurant.
Enjou great and cheap Spanish food at the fish restaurant – Guayaba Beach restaurant.
